đ§ Custom Design Approval Process for Resin Domino Sets
Creating your perfect set starts here! Each custom resin domino set is hand-poured and designed with careâso we work closely with you to make sure itâs exactly what you want.
Hereâs how it works:
đ¨ Color Options
You may choose up to 2 colors for the domino base.
Select 1 color for the dots (pips).
Please make sure your choices are clear and final when submitting your design request.
đ ď¸ Design Proof & Edits
You will receive a digital mockup or description of your chosen design before production begins.
You are allowed up to 2 design edits (e.g., changing colors or glitter options).
After 2 edits, a non-refundable $15 design fee will be required for additional revisions.
Once the final design is approved, production will begin immediately.
đ Important Notes
No changes can be made once the design has been approved.
Turnaround time begins after final approval, not at time of purchase.
By approving your custom design, you confirm that youâve reviewed and accepted all details.

Because each custom item is handmade and tailored specifically for you, all sales are final on personalized or made-to-order products.
đ NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted on any custom order once the design has been approved by the buyer. This includes color choices, text, imagery, and layout. Please review all mock-ups and details carefully before giving final approval.

If there is an error on our end (e.g., misspelling, wrong item sent), please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos, and we will make it right.
