Personalizing your item is easy! Simply select the product you’d like to purchase, and then follow the prompts to provide your customization details. This may include adding text, uploading images, or selecting colors and designs. If you have any special requests, feel free to leave them in the notes section during checkout.

To ensure your item is exactly what you want, we may need specific information like names, dates, special messages, or design preferences. Each product page will provide instructions on the required details. For personalized items, we will also ask for any additional notes you want to include.

Yes!

We’ll provide a proof or mockup for you to approve before we proceed with production. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a digital preview of the design, and you’ll have the opportunity to request revisions if needed. Your item will not be made until we receive your approval.

We will not move forward with production until you confirm the design. You have 2 business days to approve before order is cancelled and all monies paid will be applied to a design hold fee.

Once you approve, the design is final and cannot be changed or refunded.
Please review all details (text, colors, sizes, etc.) carefully.

Creation times vary depending on the complexity of the customization and the product itself. On average, custom items take 7 business days to create. Shipping time is additional, and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We’ll provide an estimated timeline during your checkout process.

We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location). A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after production.

Please note: Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, customs holds, or lost/stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” We always recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost to ensure your design meets your expectations. A "revision" is defined as any request that alters the design after the initial proof has been sent—this includes changes to text, font, color, layout, graphics, or size.

After the third revision, a $15 design fee will apply per additional round of changes, no exceptions. This fee covers the time and resources required to continue modifying your custom order.

To avoid unnecessary revisions, please be as detailed and accurate as possible when submitting your customization information. We recommend double-checking spellings, dates, names, and design preferences before placing your order.

Examples of what counts as a revision:

Changing the spelling of a name or date
Switching font style or color
Requesting a layout adjustment (e.g., repositioning text or images)
Asking to replace or modify a graphic or icon
Altering the size of design elements

What is not considered a revision:

Fixing an error we made that doesn’t match the approved details provided at checkout

Please note: Revisions requested after final approval cannot be made, especially once the item has been produced or shipped.
